Inflation Tips: These 40-inch balloons are large enough to float with helium. For a floating effect, please fill them with helium. If you prefer to hang them on the wall or use them as a handheld prop, you can inflate them with air using the included straw or a balloon hand pump (Pump is recommended for faster inflation). Do not over-inflate (85-90% is best) to avoid popping.
