EASY TO INFLATE & DISPLAY: Our cursive letter balloons are designed to be filled with air and hung from a ribbon. All sets come with straws for inflating the balloon, ribbon and instructions. Please remember that these balloons will not float.
MULTIPLE COLORS TO CHOOSE FROM: Our 16 inch cursive letter balloons are available in gold, silver and rose gold colors.
We do not currently offer free shipping. However, this may be added at some point. We apologize.
