Has a terrible film that gets on your hands and tastes terrible to inflate by yourself. But they are in fact balloons, and worked as such.

The balloons were exactly as expected. Colors were accurate to the photos — we got them for a Gabby’s Dollhouse themed party. Blowing them up was fine, no different from other standard balloons. The kids had a blast playing with them!
