Medium is 190 mm in circumference and is for wrists 17-19 cm (most women) and Large is 210 mm in circumference and is for wrists 19-21 cm (for most men over 180 pounds).

ULTRA FAST PRODUCTION & HIGH QUALITY: we offer a 30-day replacement or refund policy for items with a quality issue on our part, such as a misprint or other factory defect. Bands will show gradual wear over time. Please check that you have ordered the correct size, color, quantity, and message before finalizing your order.
We do not currently offer free shipping. However, this may be added at some point. We apologize.
