Brooklyn's Premier Craft Chocolate Maker: Since 2010, we've made craft dark chocolate from bean-to-bar at our factory in Brooklyn, New York.
Naturally Fruity Flavor: We use unroasted cacao in all of our products. By not roasting the cacao, we allow the natural flavors of the cacao fruit to shine through.
Certified Bird Friendly Chocolate: We source Smithsonian-certified Bird Friendly cocoa from Zorzal Cacao in the Dominican Republic. Smithsonian Bird Friendly certified cocoa, is the only certification that guarantees healthy habitat for birds and other wildlife with each delicious bite.
